How do I get tickets? You can buy tickets online or on a walk-in basis. Subject to availability!

When do I arrive? Is there a time limit? Arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled session to check in. You will have one hour to enjoy the studio.

What forms of payment do you accept? Cashapp, Venmo, ApplePay, all major debit and credit cards

Are you kid friendly? Absolutely! All ages are welcome at Scene.

What if I don't want to take any pictures, do I still have to buy a ticket? Yes, every guest must pay admission to access Scene.

What if I only use 30 minutes, can I come back and use the rest another time? No, your ticket is one-time use. The next time you want to visit, you would need to purchase another ticket. Our backdrops are always changing, so come back and see us again soon!

Is there a cancellation policy? All tickets are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your session if you call us within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

Is there a group rate discount? Yes! We are happy to offer a 20% discount for groups of 20 guests or more with the discount code SCENE20. This rate is available Monday-Friday.

Can I bring a photographer? Scene is staffed with experienced guides to assist you in making sure you get that perfect shot! But you are absolutely encouraged to bring a professional photographer, they will just need to pay admission. If you want to book a private session, you can contact us at scenefrederick@gmail.com!
